If you liked the first movie there is no reason not to enjoy this one. The story isn't even worth mentioning as it's just more of the same with one outrageous situation after the next, but its all so damn funny. There isn't much more to say, if you're not a prude and easily offended by crude, sexist, racist humor there is plenty to laugh at.
