This is a great cheesy horror flick, don't let the negative reviews fool you! The budget is low, the special effects are pretty bad, but the movie is downright wonderful. If you like B-rated horror then Basket Case is most definitely for you. I mean, come on, how can you beat this: This guy carries his separated, deformed siamese twin in a basket. They go around killing the people that separated them. Disturbing, and yet downright hilarious at points. Give Basket Case a shot, it is a great watch if you aren't in a very serious mood.
