I very much liked this second sequel to "Saw". For me, the story unfolded at an unrelenting pace and offerend non-stop suspense from beginning to end. That's probably good, because there is no time to ponder plot holes, of which there must be at least a few in a story so intricate. And this is considering that I watched the unrated director's cut, which maxes out at nearly two hours!

I find the scripts in the "Saw" movies extremely clever. And they seem to maintain continuity among them all, like there really is an overall plan (other than making money). This one is not as good as the first one (what sequel is?), yet better than the second one. If the filmmakers can sustain the creativity, I hope there continues to be a new one released every year on the Friday before Halloween.
