Plot: Old enemy Shredder returns, and this time he enlists the help of disgraced scientist Dr. Baxter Stockman in order to create his own mutants to fight the turtles. Yet during this battle with the transformed Bebop and Rocksteady, they also find a Retro-Mutagen that could make them human.
