Plot: Based on the novel by Tom Rob Smith, in Stalin-era Russia, a idealistic officer begins to investigate a series of child murders, but in a country where this kind of crime is glossed over, let alone acknowledging the existence of a serial killer, he is quickly demoted and exiled.
