Plot: The chipmunks are back and the pop superstars have their work cut out for them. After being left in charge of Dave's nephew, Toby, they go back to school. But the music program is in trouble, and the chipmunks must win a $25,000 prize in a battle of the bands to keep it afloat. Yet they're not the only act: a rival Chipette group of a trio of female chipmunks will give them a run for their money, and maybe their hearts. -- Chris Kavan
