Plot: After a slacker is rejected from every college he applies to, he decides, along with some creative editing, to create his own college and is accepted. But his overly-anxious parents want to check out his new school and so he must create one: website, campus - the whole works. But fooling his parents is just the beginning, as more and more rejected would-be students apply - and are accepted - leading to a showdown with the local college for the future of this higher education. -- Chris Kavan
