Game of Death review

Film is loaded with dialogue zingers: "Time is money." - Billy (Bruce Lee) "All kinds of things happen." "Patience is not one of our strongest virtues." "Don' let them push." "Integrity can be an expensive thing." The story eerily matches the real life of Bruce Lee. In some strange coincidence, he mentioned on the film when he says "Only one scene left on the film. I'll be dropping out of sight myself." and when the Doctor mentions "Open casket after all e is a celebrity" just to fake his death.

One of many great moves? Carl Miller grabbing Billy and while in-front, makes a 360 degree double kick! the 4 kick combo against the opponent with nun-chucks. Of course the flying kicks effortless executed by Mr. Lee.

The documentary accompanying the film: Bruce Lee: A Warrior's Journey and the plot/fight sequences of the film makes this memorable. It would have been perfect though if Bruce Lee didn't pass away during the filming and a completed version. Some of editing were needed which became a hindrance to the flow of the story. Nevertheless, seeing Bruce Lee take on Ji Han-Jae (Hapkido intructor), Dan Inosanto (Lee's student in Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts including Eskrima and Silat) and Kareem Abdul-Jabar.
