A Thousand Words

Eddie plays Jack McCall, a cocky agent from a publishing firm who uses his words to close deals. One day he becomes one with a tree that grew in-front of his house. Some films tend to confuse because of the way it wants to go, this one tried to be a fantasy, drama, comedy all in one. This flick also reminded this critic of Forrest Gump, with lousy artists and direction. Eddie Murphy was good as always but the rest of the supporting characters felt unbelievable. Overall, not really one of the worst films Eddie Murphy was in, it was just way too ludicrous and preachy for a comedy.
