I was right - they're already planning Paranormal Activity 5 for next Halloween - despite a bit lower-than-expected opening weekend.

Oh, I agree, I'm sure we'll be seeing a Paranormal Activity 5 next year around this same time. I just wonder how they're going to continue to spin the "found footage" genre - we've had old-school cameras, single-camera setup, security cameras and now Kinect and webcams. I just have to wonder how they can continue to make things interesting. Still, as far as horror series go, I think this has been better than most, but I don't know how much longer they can keep things going. Even if the fourth one is good, I'm still going to wait until I can watch this one at home rather than seeing it in the theater.

Went to watch this last night and it wasnt too bad. Being already a paranormal activity fan we had been waiting most of the year to find out what happens next.The story line does confuses a bit. katie featherston is back and is still on the devil side ;)overall the film has its jumps and bumps and isnt a bad watch. yet it still doesnt seem to explain things or who the hell toby is??? (the ghost that the kids talk to in the last installment)i wouldnt be surprised if i will be sat next year at the cinema waiting to be scared again lol
