The first one was so good, it think it's just not possible to match it. However, this movie was still really great and well worth watching. Loved River Phoenix as the young Indy and Connery as Indy's father.

After Temple of Doom, Spielberg realized that he had to make some serious changes to the franchise if he didnt want to lose the war. So, the thing is that adding Indy's father and, backing again to the nazi era, turns the film in a timeless adventure movie, that is fun to watch and amazes in visual concept and script. It switches places from time to time of the best with Raiders.

Indiana Jones goes back to its roots: Nazis and religion - and it's again a hit. The addition of Connery also makes it better, as well as the intro with a young Indy on his first adventure. All in all a great film.

Maybe the best of the three so far released, the quest for the Holy grail is a fun ride and Ford and Connery are magic on the screen at the same time. Perfect for families and Adults alike.
