A quality movie with a great performance from Franco. The style that Danny Boyle brings to the movie is well done and paces the movie. The beginning of the film is beautifully shot. The music takes us on a journey. But, Boyle doesn't bring out the conditions well enough to make a great movie. Still, this is solid.

127 hours is a biography of a mountain climber, who went to utah for adventure without informing anyone and in a tragic accident his hand got stuck under a rock. Its a survival movie. James franco acted pretty well. It is directed by oscar winnig director Danny boyle. Its very emotional and will teach you how important is family(as the charactor felt while stuck there). It is a must watch movie.

127 Hours is a survival story of mountain climber. Left his home without anyone knows where he went, how can he manage to go off where he is trapped. When I saw the movie trailer, I was amazed and i thought it is another good film by Danny Boyle. I didn't like much Slumdog Millionaire as I heard from others, but this movie- I thought- will be better. As I am watching the movie, I feel like watching a documentary packed with drama and remember Castaway with only one character almost on the whole film. I was a little bored watching this one maybe because of the lack of story in it. BUT I can really say that this film gone through great direction and James Franco did a good job. Very nice movie!

This movie, like most of Danny Boyle's work, is near-perfect. It's a combination of intense visual imagery, creative directing, a powerhouse performance by James Franco, and fitting music. For such a simple story, this creative work bubbles over with originality and emotional power. Best film of 2010.
