BOW DOWN FOR CHRISTOPHER NOLAN

now when i saw the trailer for this film,i knew it was going to be good.but when it got all this hype,i thought people where over exaggerating.but then i saw the film,and oh my god.i got a movie orgasm by the time this film ended,and that's a lot for me to say.i can't think of nothing to say bad about this film.the cast,the characters,the pot,the dialogue,the camera work,the style,everything about this film was amazing.MR.Christopher Nohlan has earned his name on my top filmmakers list.he is truly crafting his style into filmmaking so quickly.I loved this film so much,I can't explain with words to express it.this film is not only my favorite film of 2010,but it's also made my top 10 movie list of all time.leonardo dicarprio,joseph gordan levitt,ellen page are all amzazing in this …

If James Bond was dreaming...

A film as direct as it is abstract, Inception is the thinking man's blockbuster. A movie that follows people into their dreams, Christopher Nolan's sci-fi thriller acts much more like an experimentally structured high-tension action flick. In terms of action, few can top this. The shooting is high tension and the complex editing keeps the viewer on the edge of their seat every step of the way. Nolan also expertly melds between genres as he shows the internal struggle of Dicaprio's character, a father's guilt for his children, sci-fi technology, and all out street warfare. The struggle that the film strikes is largely due to the scale it tries to tackle with its "multiple dream layers". While the movie is based largely on the nature of imagination, very little seems to be new in …

How they got away with this I'll never know... For any people out there who are anime fans this movie is basically 'Paprika' with a live action heart throb 10 years past his prime. For a movie commemorated for it's 'originality' it's clear the critics that proclaimed that have not seen enough genres of movies. Now obviously there are going to be similarities in almost any recently made movie to those in the past, Inception however takes it a step further but bringing the animation of paprika to live action, almost scene for scene. 'Stealing' some of the more pivotal and intriguing scenes and placing them directly into their movie. Examples: The glass shattering scene, one of the best scenes in Paprika is when she sees through what appears to be glass, places her hand on it and the glass, …

"Inception" is by far one of the best films of the year, and quite possibly one of the best of all time. This claim is attributed to the entire scope of the film's production: Writing, Casting, Acting, Directing, Effects, and Promotion. Trailers had me salivating, waiting, just waiting, with intense anticipation for the day it came out. Then, as I sat in the theatre, afraid to move an inch, lest I miss an important plot point, I found myself for 2 1/2 hours being completely enthralled with what I was watching. DiCaprio, Gordon-Levitt, Page, Murphy...all of them were outstanding. The effects were not so much effects but amazing cinematography. It all looked vividly authentic! Okay, if you have seen Inception you probably have a few theories about the ending (or for that matter, the entire plot). From what I've read online, the major debate is whether or not Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) was dreaming at the end of the movie. He spins the top (which supposedly will not topple if he's dreaming) but the camera cuts away before you know what happens. Most opinions I've come across say he was dreaming. Here are their main reasons...
1). His kids never age.
2). You can't get out of Limbo.
3). His subconscious projections (the train, his kids, and Mal) are the only ones that infiltrate the dreams. The rest of the team brings in none of their own mental baggage. This suggests it is always inside of Cobbs mind and no one else.

A Triumph

Ignore the people that call it confusing, these are essentially people who thought films like the Proposal were good. Yes, you can lose track of the film if you're not paying attention, but I have advice for you on that front; make sure you visit the bathroom before the movie starts. On topic, though, its wonderful. The scenery is enticing, the chemistry and between characters is excellent, and some of the scenes between DiCaprio with Gordon-Levitt and Page are absolutely captivating. It'll make every other film you watch in future seem irrelevant and boring because of this dream theory Nolan has brought to the table.
If you haven't seen it, go watch it now. If you have seen it, go watch it again, because it takes two sittings to get a full grasp on everything.

Nolan's Big Dream Came to Life

This is the best movie of 2010 so far. It was suspensful, exciting, captivating, and everything else that a movie should be. This movie is like the Matrix but 10 times better.
Leo and Ellen Page are pretty much always going to kick ass. Gordon-Levitt---wow. He was incredible in this movie.
The whole concept of the movie is truly brilliant. Something like this can go very wrong if the proper amount of time isn't taken to make sure every "i' is dotted, every "t" is crossed, and every dot is connected. That was not a problem here. This was perfectly done. The first five to 10 minutes make absolutely no sense to the point where you want to leave; but after that first few minutes it all comes together and flows like water. This is definitely a must see.

An impossible dream

How can one surpassed his very own masterpiece? Oh here's a thought make another one and this time make it very original. Two years since the Dark knight phenomena broke out and here's something to buzz about yet again. Nolan's exceptional writing skills brought us Inception. My opinion he's certainly at the top of his game and damn his guts to make such a simple thought into a bizarre roller coaster ride of unpredictable events. At first plunged in you couldn't take your eyes of it cause it hits you so hard and so fast you won't even have time to process everything in your head. Every thought seems to drift into endlessness. It's somehow brilliant and bizarre at the same time. Although there were quite a few slow moving scenes were i was just waiting for something to happen, you'd be …

Finally saw this movie today and I must say that it was not better than I expected, it was not worser than I expected, it was not as good as I expected, it was not like I expected.
Already in the beginning I knew this would be a great film, the music and the environment was spectacular. There were some things that I thought didn't make sense but a lot of things did. I guess that I wasn't so concentrated as so many people says you should be when you watch this movie.
The acting and the effects is great, screenplay, music and direction too. Nolan really succeed with the ending.
The second best film by the Nolan films I've seen so far, The Dark Knight is still a little better even though this movie is very good and I think it's a movie that could be better after you've seen it a few times.

Must Be Dreaming

It's about time that an intelligent, original piece of film has finally enjoyed a wide release. Christopher Nolan has crafted another masterpiece. It shares more with Memento than Dark Knight - a more personal journey that delves far into the mind and is much more than about just dreaming.
Nolan is also gifted in that his cast is just as good at acting as he is directing. Leonard DiCaprio wears his guilt well, as the main character Cobb, who only wants to get back to his children after the tragedy with his wife - which his subconscious is constantly bringing back to remind him of his mistake. Marion Cotillard plays that projection and I love her eyes - the emotion there is fantastic.
In order to make his dream a reality, Cobb must gather a team together for a wealthy businessman to …
