This movie started off amazing. The isolation was perfect, very creepy and even scary. But the second half of this movie ABSOLUTELY BLEW. It went from a great isolation post disaster zombie movie to some generic action zombie flick. So in the end it turned out only to be average.

This ALONE used to hold "The Best Zombie Movie Ever Made" throne but then "28 Weeks Later" came long. An awesome movie--great use of suspense and atmosphere. I wouldn't change a single detail about it. Cillian Murphy is perfect as a guy who wakes up in a deserted London. The zombies here are not your typical zombies that barely walks. They run like they're running from death itself.

This movie really revolutionized zombie films. It was the first to incorporate zombies that could run after you, and not just limp along slowly, making them THAT much more dangerous. BY FAR one of my favorite films of all time.

The ideas behind this movie are great. The plot really works and I thought it had a good level of intensity that pulled people in pretty quick. I like the fact that the zombies are not just these lumbering bodies that slowly swarm an area. It's cool to see them act feverishly to get to their prey. A pretty decent zombie movie over all.

After a long time of zombie mush, this one brings us back something good. Original to a certain degree but creepy is a better way to put it. The sense one gets from viewing it is frightening. This one is as good as Night of the Living Dead!

A raw and refreshing zombie movie. The alternate ending is the best one to watch, don't bother with the US theatrical released version.

I'm a sucker for zombie movies, so I rank this one right up with the best of them. I found myself a bit more jumpy with this movie because these zombies aren't just looking for brains and strolling around they are running and killing!

Can you call them zombies if they're not dead? Anyway, 28 Days Later put a fresh face on the "zombie" genre, and, for better or worse, introduced us to the "fast" zombies. Original and exciting and kind of fun in a twisted way.
