Usually movies with a big plot twist mystery don't really hold up to re-watching, but The Sixth Sense is so well written that every time you re-watch it you'll discover something you missed about the story the first time. The scenes are all really intricate with so much detail making this movie a real joy to watch. The acting is also very good.

Utterly creepy and superbly crafted, "The Sixth Sense" refreshed the thriller genre in a way that has never been done before. M. Night Shyamalan became a household name, along with the wonderful talent of Haley Joel Osment. However, Bruce Willis and Toni Collette, the seasoned veterans of the project, brough the elegeance and control over the film that couldn't have been done by very many others. Eerie and suspenseful, this is by far one of the scariest movies ever made.

Billed as a horror/thriller, this film is more of drama with those elements thrown into the mix. It's subtle and creepy, at times, and surprisingly emotional at others. Despite knowing the inevitable 'twist', I still found the ending satifying. Shyamalan's best film to date.

It is most definitely one of the best acted and most genuinely creepy movies made. The ending is sensational and totally original and Osment does a perfect job as the young boy. Terrific

I consider this to be M. Night Shyamalan's greatest work thus far in his young career. Osment is perfect playing a creepy little kid (a role for which he was nominated for a best supporting Oscar). Willis excels as the devoted, yet somewhat detached child psychologist. The directing is also marvelously done - the atmosphere in this movie is actually creepier than a lot of horror films (of which this is not). Oh, and if you somehow haven't heard yet....? It’s got a great ending.

Definitely one of the best ever twists! I did not expect the ending - that is for sure. I did notice the red objects popping up from time to time -- didn't realize they were clues!! Excellent movie -- one to watch again and again!!

The only movie by M. Night Sha...Shaa... Shamalamadingdong that I enjoyed the first time I watched. Unfortunately the reason why this one didn't sit well with me as being a 4 star movie is that everyone hyped it up before I got to see it. I was there in the theater at the end of the first week it was running only to have had about 50 people tell me, "Oh my god you have to see the ending of this movie!... Its all about the ending!" So because of this, it didn't take very long to figure out what was going on, and I figured out the end about half way through, so I was just looking for verification through out the movie. Its a good idea..and..What a tweest! But after the first time through it isn't one that I had to watch again right away.

I don't care if you say so, you didn't see this end coming. Just the idea of being able to see dead people is creepy - let alone ones that died a violent or sudden death. It kept me awake for a few nights.

Great film and 4 stars only for the first time watching it. After the mystery is gone, all there is left is to look for the scenes you were tricked on.

This movie moves further down my list as time goes on, but it was a great movie with an incredible performance by the best child actor of our time.
