I'm not a crazy huge Shrek fan, but it's not a bad movie. It's funny. I'm just not obsessed with it like a lot of people are.

I cannot believe that this movie has anything less than a 3.5 average rating! I can safely (and maybe subjectively) say that this is the best animation movie ever! From the first frame, the movie captivates you, and before you know it, you're watching the end credits. One of the fastest moving movies I've seen, Shrek (both the movie and the character) is not pretty so great that you're sure to fall in love! It has unbeatable moments and unforgettable characters. No other animated movie could, IMO, hold a candle to Shrek.

I enjoy watching this movie with my boys. They get a kick out of Shrek and Donkey.

A film that has a lot going on for the kids, but throws in some sly winks to the adults as well. I wouldn't think an Ogre would be such a hit, but it works. Meyers and Murphy make a great pairing.

I think this movie is cute and funny, but I did not get into it like most. It is too much like the "Princess and The Frog," for me to accept this as anything but recycled. Still, it has many laughs and good pacing that the whole family will enjoy.
