Plot: General Rodolfo Graziani is assigned directly by Benito Mussolini to subdue the Arabs in Libya. But early victory is out of his hands as Omar Mukhtar and his army of Bedouins win battle after battle. But the cruel Graziani sets upon a plan to target the civilian population: the aged, the women and the children in order to get Mukhtar to surrender. -- Chris Kavan
