Plot: During WWII on a small ship ship in the U.S. Pacific fleet an executive officer removes the captain from command that is deemed a mutiny. But in the subsequent trial that follows, the captain is shown to be mentally unstable so the jury must conclude whether to charge the officer with mutiny or commend him from saving the ship from the hands of the captain. -- Chris Kavan
