Plot: A scientist (Price) discovers a strange creature that latches on to people's spines when they are afraid and causes a tingling sensation. A person must scream to get rid of the tingler; otherwise, he or she will die. When the film was first released in theaters, buzzers were attached to some audience members' seats to replicate the tingling sensation at key points in the movie. -- Filmhog
