Plot: Secretary Tess McGill has struggled to be taken seriously and given the opportunity to move up in the financial world. Realizing that no one is going to give her a leg up, she decides to create the opportunity herself while her condescending, self-centered boss, Katherine, is out of the office with a broken leg. Moving into Katherine's office, home and wardrobe, Tess puts together a deal.
