Iron Man 3 review

In this raters opinion the real hero for the third Iron Man installment was artificial intelligence JARVIS. Evidently the cast is back coupled with some new additional artists for the antagonist. Tony Stark / Iron Man (Robert Downey, Jr.) is not in good terms with as Virginia "Pepper" Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow), CEO of Stark Industries. The creator of the Extremis virus and the founder of Advanced Idea Mechanics, Aldrich Killian (Guy Pearce), Col. James "Rhodey" Rhodes / Iron Patriot (Don Cheadle) was just cheesy and unfunny while the talents of a Ben Kingsley was reduced to a comical character. The image of Mandarin, though Guy Pearce lends an earnest portrayal, was just not as fierceful/frightening as Whiplash. The film doesn't have that emotional connection of the original Iron Man. This had more "eye candy," action and humor, but it doesn't make it a good movie. Still, Iron Man 3 is a fun sci-fi that boasts fantastic action CGI sequences but falters to make a huge impact for the franchise.
