The Dictator

The Dictator review
Daniel Corleone - wrote on 08/01/12

Shabazz Aladeen (Sacha Baron Cohen) is a General of Republic of Wadiya. He is ruthless, crude, lonely and A womanizer. Aladeen accidentally meets Zoey (Anna Faris). Soundtrack was applicable, costumes and locations were apt as well. Kingsley and Reilly had roles that were effective but Faris mostly unfunny. Screenplay and plot was hilarious though some of the characters just too plain dumb and unbelievable. The Dictator is a political vulgar part slapstick that pokes humor with topics on racism, dictatorship, politics, transformation, and loneliness.
