Lost Boys: The Thirst
Lost Boys: The Thirst
1.5/4 stars

Edgar and Alan Frog rescues a Congressman. Alan becomes a half vampire since he was bitten during a fight. A vampire author named Gwen Liebe approaches Edgar for help in saving her brother. Soundtrack was upbeat and locations were gorgeous. Beginning portion was interesting, middle enticing but falters towards the end. The acting was mediocre, screenplay was spinsterish and horrific scenes were not terrifying. You have a vain and obnoxious movie star, a geeky brotherhood relationship and a lousy twist that ends the film by blessing water to make it holy. The idea of it was just absurd and the camera guy was such a coward compared to the 2 ladies. Lost Boys: The Thirst tries to live up to its legacy from the original while introducing viewers such as ravers to this genre, which in this critic feels dry and all sucked up.
