Irka delivers a baby girl. Filip Mosz (Jerzy Stuhr) discovers a camera that captures video. The couple names their baby Irena Mosz. Filip is asked by his boss (Managing Director Zanussi) to shoot a film, he edits The Framers and his boss. His film is awarded and gets invited to his boss house. Irka gets frustrated for the lack of time Filip has for his new born. He creates a film called “The Worker” which is about a crippled employer who has worked for 25 years. A lot of layoffs occur because of the popularity of the film. In my opinion, the conclusion is a display of how one becomes reflective and resented his passion, in which he looses everything in return.

The acting was good while it had amazing editing coupled with a touching score. One of the best lines from the film: Filip - “When you want something go get it.” “Yes I’m getting hooked.” Filip’s friend - “People no longer alive, yet still there.” Zanussi – “It seems like nothing. But the world is beautiful. People live and love.” The whose subjects range from obsession, family, marriage, reflection and reality of corporate budgets were well presented. Camera Buff is a good look at the negative and positive aspects of film, fame and balancing ones time.
