A simple, violent version of Russian roulette is played by 13 players with huge amounts of money involved. Patrick Jefferson broke out of jail and was involved competition. Vincent "Vince" Ferro survives the game and meets an unexpected surprise. Drama was solid and the whole premise was simple with touches of vengeance and chance. Had good camera movements, a decent soundtrack but didn't have much action. 13 didn't have much impact in terms of being a thriller and wastes the talents of Statham, Rourke and Liotta.
