The Bourne Legacy 
Legacy Would've Been Better Off Never Being Bourne

I do so wish that they had called this film 'The Bourne Lethargy' instead of 'Legacy' so that I could have at least gotten a laugh out of this otherwise phenomenally disappointing 'spin-off' to the superior Bourne trilogy. By virtue of it's intrepid decision to not rush through it's action set-pieces - giving the suspense time to breathe -, it's not terrible, but it still could have been eminently better in terms of pacing, plot, music, and characterisation (Edward Norton, for instance, is reduced to a shady retired colonel who barks orders at hapless technicians).

Daniel Corleone- wrote on 08/28/12 at 10:28 AM CT   Nice review. Was likewise expecting more from tha talented Edward Norton. It's baffling why the director intended on attaching this to te Bourne franchise. I'm sure people were left wondering while scratching their heads. Write On Profile +
