The highlight of this low-budget movie set in New Orleans during Mardi Gras is Ray Bolger's comic dancing, including a number in which his dancing looks a lot like his Scarecrow moves in Wizard of Oz. From the musical Sunny, with music by Jerome Kern, lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II.
