This is not a good Rocky which attempts to bring him back to the streets. The story is repetitive and uninteresting. It's points of non violence is pointless, and most of the acting is rather poor. Either it is uninteresting or boring. Stallone gives his worst performance as Rocky, taking the brain damage part of Rocky way too far, giving an extremely odd performance. The film's final cut scene actually is pretty fun to watch, and it is satisfying, but none of the rest of the film is.
