Expertly written and directed.

A very effective film with three main stories that interlock with many different characters. All the stories are interesting and they all cover different parts of the drug train. Not one of the stories were boring to me and it was interesting where each of them went. It shows the problem without making foolish statements constantly, instead it sticks to the stories and the well written characters. All turn out in interesting ways even though I would say the judge story is slightly weaker because the ending is a little forced but the Mexico story is particularly interesting showing the extreme complications of the problem there.
