A dumb movie all the way with a stupid plot and a dated early nineties look. None of the acting is special and the action scenes are like the other ninja movies of this time which could definitely use work. Otherwise than that there is some enjoyment to be had in the stupidity of the lines and everything else. It could have been better if any seriousness was left behind but I find some enjoyment even if it is rather stupid.
