It's a shame most people my age are not interested in experimental films. They'd rather see bloodshed and trucks blow up. Sure, I could use those kind of rush once in a while but I never forget my specialty: a character-driven film mixed with metaphors and dark undertones regarding timeless issues. I love how this film captured Logan's loneliness. Although this can easily be labeled as a "coming-of-age gay film," I think it's so much more than that. I think this film is about isolation to the extreme extent, how difficult it is to love and be loved. I know not a lot of people will love this film because it is an odd movie. But, in a way, I think that makes it better--some movies are just too precious for the mainstream to appreciate.
