Excellent Story and Visuals

Good vs evil. The classic story that is one of old. In this case our hero is one that had a former life of crime. A crime that involved killing for treasure. A film based on the pulp magazine character Solomon Kane created in 1928 by Robert E. Howard. The cinematography for this film is outstanding. That alone is enough to wait out any film, but this also has great acting and energy that will keep you in the plot. There is rumor of a sequel, so this is a must for those interested in 15th, 16th century lore. A great tale of why good is with God and Evil with the devil.

Supporting Cast:
Pete Postlethwaite - The Lost World: Jurassic Park, Clash of the Titans (2010), and my favorite Brassed Off
Jason Flemyng - The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (2003), Clash of the Titans (2010)
Paul Mackenzie Crook - BBC original The Office, Pirates of the Caribbean movies
