Worst movie ever.

Serial killer gets the electric chair. His soul/whatever transfers to others to carry on his killing/extract his revenge...I don't know, it's been a long time (not long enough to forget how horrible this movie was, but I digress)...anyway, the way you can tell someone has transformed into the killer is by his limp. The ultimate was when the killer jumped into a LAZY BOY RECLINER to chase his victims. When I say jumped into, I don't mean sat in, he became the recliner--complete with limp.
