The premise is intriguing and Peter Falcinelli's lead character unique, but Loosies is ultimately bogged down by a cliched and poorly-written screenplay. A lot of the scenes are plagued by overacting and the script forces its most emotional lines. You can feel which lines were supposed to "hit," but they just don't and, ultimately, feel empty. Vincent Gallo deserves special mention for his odd portrayal, but all the other characters feel flat.
