Just as with the other entries into his Three Colors series, Kieslowski uses symbolic cinematography to largely tell a story of revenge and redemption. This is a less pensive and more tense entry into the series than "Blue," but it still reflects thoughtfully on human emotion, as with each film in the series. Julie Delpy is a standout.
