David Lynch creepiness doesn't translate well to the sci-fi genre. This is a boring and confusing film, murkily directed and acted with little emotion. Kudos to you if you can figure out what is going on midway through the film. A strong soundtrack, but the film gets bogged down with its many exasperating dialogue sequences.
