This is what i'm talking about a good remake to a legend. Jackie Earle Haley did amazingly well as Freddy Krueger adding his own twist to the character, no disrespect to Robert Englund at all he will forever be Freddy. I love this movie some will hate it some will love it. Mostly it's the critics who hate it. The picture quality was great also love the camera work and effects. The dreams were awesome I wanted this movie to be longer couldn't get enough of it. Kyle Gallner was amazing which I expected him to be cause he was in Haunting In Connecticut. Rooney Mara was great as Nancy loved her performance as well. As for the rest of the cast they were great fit in well and did good with what they had to work with. I recommand this to people that are fans of Freddy if you can expect minor changes from the original. I'm glad they choose Jackie to play Freddy because I don't believe anybody could have played him any better for a remake. Welcome to the new nightmare. Can't wait for the sequel.
