After the Dark

The movie has an interesting presentation - a philosophy class meeting on the last day is given a final assignment by the teacher (James D'Arcy): in the event of a nuclear disaster, each student is given a description (Gelato Maker, Real Estate Agent, Orthopedic Surgeon, Carpenter, Harpist, Poet - etc) and, later, a secondary trait (being homosexual, sterile, loads of gold) - but out of the 20 of them, only 10 can fit in the bunker. They must decide who will live and who will die - but as this experiment goes on, more personal feelings come into account. While it's not as deep as it wants to be, it has good acting, nice effects and some surprising twists.
