Sequel unmatched by original

This is one of the few movie where the sequel kicks the ass of the original. The first terminator is good but it is really all about things that haven't happened yet. T2 has this as well, though not anywhere near the degree the first one does. My problem with this is we really only have two characters talking about, and trying to deal with, all of these things that we don't really know about, as is the case with are main character,Sara Conner(don't know if I am spelling the last name right). This one however, deals with the problem of the rise of the machines and anything or anyone else that tries to get in their way. There are some interesting plot twists in this movie that are really just absent in the original. Sara Conner knows whats going to happen in the future, and is deemed mentally insane by society for her views. She gets out of the mental hospital with the help of the T800 and her son, only to think (at first) that the Terminator has come back to finish the job. What is one of the more interesting parts of the film is that she really alost does have a breakdown and go crazy with the knowledge of what's to come. If you haven't seen this yet forget what you think about the first one, it didn't do the story any justice!!! A truly great science fiction movie with tons of action!!
