I really enjoyed this movie. Never reading the book, but knowing it was on the Best Seller list for over 100 weeks and sold over 5 million copies since it release in 2009, had me very intrigued and having high expectations about the movie and I wasn't let down. The plot of the story is fantastic and the performances by legendary actress Viola Davis and Supporting Actress Oscar Winner Octavia Spencer carry the movie... But the supporting cast is strong as well. The more I see Emma Stone, the more my crush for her strengthens. I think she is an adorable actress and this strengthens her as one of the Brightest Stars in Hollywood. I also really enjoyed Opie's daughter Bryce Dallas Howard as the mean and vindictive Hilly (but she gets a mouthful!!!). And the funniest part in the movie is aided by the fantastic actress Sissy Spacek.
