It's a good thing that both the novel writer and film screenplay writer was one and the same: PETER BENCHLEY.
With SPIELBERG steering the whole production this monumental masterpiece deserved its place in the archives of the classic. Spellbinding and extremely suspenseful. The music takes you to the coldness of the shark-infested waters, and the badass actors grip your heart to beat with theirs. ROY SCHEIDER, RICHARD DREYFUSS, and ROBERT SHAW...they'll take you there.
