Strong comic book adaptions don't come along very often, and Iron Man definitely lives up to the hype. Robert Downey Jr, whom I normally don't care for, turns in a strong performance as Tony Stark, the man who becomes Iron Man. A strong supporting cast helps and the ending is set up nicely for a sequel, or sequels. Be sure to stick through the credits as there's a scene with a surprise cameo at the end. A good start to the summer blockbuster season.
