Purest action movie I've seen in a while. Entertaining fight scenes - especially because the style is the little known Pencak Silat martial arts from Indonesia - and the insanely dangerous stunts. This movie transcends all the CGI fakeness of Hollywood "action" movies and makes for a much higher level of realism and thrills since there are minimal special effects. Bottom line: Even with a lowish budget, yet thanks to some incredible stunt work, this is one of the greatest action movies of the last 3 decades! Star Iko Uwais has placed himself among Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Jet Li and Tony Jah as a major martial arts icon with this film. See it now!
