Action: 3/3 + Comedy: 2/2 + Good vs Evil: 1/1 + Love/Sex: 0.5/1 + Special Effects: 0.5/1 + Plot: 1/1 + Music: 1/1 = 8.5/10 or 85%.
If you can't find this film it is no surprise because a DVD or VHS copy was never released. However, the film is hilarious and strangely odd at the same time. Imagine a hybrid of Mad Max and Dr. Suess without the violence. It is a brilliant overview of the clash between Communist ideals and the popular paranoia of what lay beyond Mother Russia's borders.
An animated version has been in the works since 2006. Thus, this film may sadly be gone forever soon. If you're a sci-fi fan then hurry to watch the existing "fan-dubbed" versions online.
