The time travel plot has a couple of glaring holes and the villain is severly underdeveloped, but the humor hits most of the time. Much better jokes than in the previous MIB. The visual effects are also impressive. It's a brisk film, with an overall fun tone. The added emotional revelation at the end was a nice touch and brings it closer to the level of the first MIB.
