Does this film actually deserve 3/4 stars, probably not, but anytime you can put Stallone, Li, Lundgren, Eric (Not to be confused with his Sister Julia) Roberts, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, Rourke, and cameos by Schwarzeneger, and probably my favorite of all Bruce Willis you have a great cast of washed up 80's and 90's action heroes, also known as my heroes. My only question here with the casting, happens to be the most entertaining character in the film, and that's Statham. His acting credits only go back to 1998's Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels, (which is amazing). But, he doesn't really fit in with the rest of the washed up cast. This I found to be the most fascinating part of the film. Why Statham? Could they not get anyone else? Was Van Damme busy? Anyway, it doesn't matter. The film is entertaining as hell. It's definitely "a movie for guys who like movies!" (Does anyone else remember those old Spike TV promos?

You also have to love the names, Yin Yang, Lee Christmas, Hale Caesar, and Toll Road.

As for the plot, it doesn't matter. Just know, lot's of stuff blows up and there's great action sequences. A great Saturday night popcorn film.
