This Price is not right

"Madhouse" started out strong; I liked where it was headed. But quickly it became average and predictable.
Vincent Price is excellent as usual, but his character is inconsistent. The movie seems a little better than it actually is because of him. Peter Cushing's presence is appreciated; however, he's hardly in it.
I'd like to see more of the movies-within-a-movie starring Price's character, Dr. Death. The little snippets shown seem more entertaining than the entirety of "Madhouse".
