I heard they say this is mood masterpiece. I hope that was before Barton Fink because this movie is not nearly as good as that one. I am sure it was influental, but today it is not one of good "mood" films.
Idea is interesting, but it is executed very badly. Not only directing which was very poor but also writing - it is bad. Many parts are boring just because it wasnt well done and it had potential.
It was quite interesting, just because of the enviroment it was set in and later mystery but i wouldnt watch it again which means it is not a good film.
