Pretty Woman is the ultimate fairy story in a modern world. Instead of a prince and princess, we have a young Hollywood Boulevard prostitute hired by a wealthy businessman to be his escort to society functions; but they soon realize that they fit really well together. Will the two deal-makers be able to turn their business transaction into true love?

This movie has a charm that so many other works just do not capture. It is, and always will be, one of my faves and yeah the plot is totally unrealistic, but this is Hollywood guys. Not real life, so hookers and billionaires can fall in love and live happily ever after.

Both Richard Gere and Julie Roberts are absolutely gorgeous and Hector Elizando is oh so charming in this movie. In short, dreamers do have dreams that come true and real love doesn't always pick two people who come from the same side of town.
