Tommy Boy

Side-splitting, laugh-out-loud funny!

Tommy Callahan (Chris Farley) has just graduated college after 7 years and is going back to his hometown to take control of his father's (Brian Dennehy) auto brake pad company. After he comes home he finds out that his dad is marrying a very beautiful woman (Bo Derek), and he is getting a new brother (Rob Lowe). When Big Tom dies of a stroke it's up to Tommy to sell just enough brake pads to keep the factory with the help of his dad's assistant (David Spade) all while his new in laws are conspiring against him. Dan Akroyd appears as the rival auto parts store owner who wants to buy up his dad’s company in a corporate takeover.

One of my favorite comedy with the late great Chris Farley whose obvious physical comedy skill is perfectly augmented by David Spade's sarcastic take on every situation they find themselves in.
